John D. Altman, M.D.

Dr. Altman received his MD at the University of Minnesota Medical School and did his medicine and cardiology training at Stanford University Hospital. Since 1995 he has practiced cardiology and interventional cardiology. He is currently in private practice in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Altman has been a frequent contributor to the scientific literature throughout his training, and is a co-founder of BioCardia. He currently serves as a Physician Advisor for Medtronic, Abbott, ESI and BioCardia.
