Background
A 75-year-old male patient with abdominal aortic aneurysm underwent Endovascular stent graft implantation with the AneuRx stent graft and experienced partial coverage of the right renal artery orifice.

Proceedure
Access was gained with an 0.035” guide wire and a 8F Cordis sheath. A Biocardia MORPH Universal 64 cm Deflectable Guide Catheter was used for the cannulation of the left renal artery orifice for the treatment of renal artery stenosis. (Fig 2) The lesion was crossed and guide wire passed across the stenosis. (Fig 3) A Fox PTA balloon (6 x 20 mm, Abbott Vascular Devices) was used to dilate the left renal artery stenosis successfully.

Outcome
Use of the MORPH Deflectable Guide Catheter resulted in easy cannulation of the renal artery orifice, followed by successful PTA of the renal stenosis. The catheter is simple and effective as a tool in treating renal artery stenosis.
